Privacy notice

What we collect

When you send the contact form we receive your name, email address, company, the service you selected, your message, the page you sent it from, your IP address and your browser type. Visiting the site without sending the form does not create any record of you on our server beyond standard web server logs.

Why we use it

We use your enquiry only to reply to you and to prepare a proposal you asked for. The IP address and browser type are kept to protect the form against spam and abuse. We do not sell your details, add you to a mailing list or share them with anyone else.

Where it is stored

Enquiries are stored in our own database on our server and forwarded to our business email inbox so we can answer them. The site is delivered through Cloudflare, which processes connection data to protect and speed up the site, and collects anonymous, cookie-free visit statistics.

How long we keep it

We keep enquiries for as long as we need them to handle your request and any work that follows. If no work follows, we delete them within 24 months.

Your rights
