Cybersecurity services that turn findings into fixed risks
Know where you are exposed. We review your cloud, servers and access controls, then help your team fix the risks that matter most.
Overview
Our cybersecurity services help you see where your systems, customer data and business operations are exposed, then take practical action. We assess cloud infrastructure, Linux servers, network configurations and access controls. The work is built for SMEs, SaaS businesses and software teams that need hands-on security support, not a report that sits in a folder.
Every assessment follows an agreed scope and authorised access. You receive clear findings and prioritised remediation steps, and we verify fixes once they are complete. We can also carry out the remediation with your team: server hardening, MFA, patch management, secrets management and security logging. Incident response procedures and recovery testing are available too. Scope and pricing are tailored to your environment.
Who it is for
SMEs without security staff
Businesses that run their own servers or cloud accounts and need someone to check them properly and help close the gaps.
SaaS businesses
Product companies that hold customer data and want their infrastructure, access and logging in good order before customers ask.
Software teams
Engineering teams that want hands-on help to harden environments and fix what they find, beyond a list of problems.
What is included
The final scope is agreed in your proposal. These are the areas the service typically covers.
Security configuration review
A review of cloud infrastructure, Linux servers and network configuration against sound security practice, within the agreed scope.
Vulnerability assessment
Identification of known vulnerabilities and weak configurations in the systems you authorise us to assess, ranked by risk.
Server hardening
Practical hardening of Linux servers and related services, applied with your team and documented so it can be maintained.
Identity and access review
A review of who can access what, plus MFA implementation and tighter permissions where access is broader than it needs to be.
Patching, secrets and logging
Patch management routines, safer handling of credentials and keys, and security logging that records the events you need to see.
Incident and recovery readiness
Help preparing incident response procedures and testing recovery arrangements, so you know what happens when something goes wrong.
How it works
Agree scope and access
We agree which systems are in scope, what access is authorised and what concerns you most. Nothing is tested outside that agreement.
Assess the environment
We review configurations, access controls and exposure across the agreed systems and record each finding with its context.
Prioritise and remediate
You receive prioritised remediation steps. Your team applies them, or we carry out the approved changes with you.
Verify completed fixes
We check that completed fixes work as intended and confirm what remains open, so progress is measured, not assumed.
What you get
Technologies and platforms we typically work with on this service:
Clear findings on where your systems, data and operations are exposed
A prioritised remediation plan your team can act on
Verification that completed fixes are in place
Documented procedures for incidents, recovery and ongoing security routines
Questions about Cybersecurity Services
What do your cybersecurity services cover?
We assess cloud infrastructure, Linux servers, network configurations and access controls, then help you fix what we find. That includes security configuration reviews, vulnerability assessment, server hardening, identity and access reviews, MFA implementation, patch management, secrets management and security logging. We can also help prepare incident response procedures and test recovery arrangements. The exact systems and activities are set in an agreed scope before any work starts.
How is a security assessment priced?
Pricing follows the agreed scope. The main factors are how many systems and environments are included, how complex the access model is, and whether you want assessment only or help with remediation as well. We do not publish fixed prices because environments differ too much. Tell us what you run and what concerns you, and we will send a scoped assessment or ongoing support proposal.
What do you need from us before we start?
We need a clear picture of what you run, the systems you want assessed and the concerns that prompted the request. You then authorise access in writing for the agreed scope, and name a contact who can answer questions and approve changes. Every assessment follows an agreed scope and authorised access, so we do not touch systems that are not part of that agreement.
What do we receive at the end of the assessment?
You receive clear findings that explain each issue, where it sits and why it matters, together with prioritised remediation steps. Once fixes are completed, we verify them and confirm what is resolved and what remains open. Where we help with hardening, logging, secrets management or incident procedures, you also receive documentation of the changes and routines so your team can maintain them.
Can you fix the issues, or only report them?
We can do both. Some teams prefer to apply fixes themselves using our prioritised remediation steps. Others ask us to carry out approved changes such as server hardening, MFA rollout, patching routines, secrets management and security logging. In either case we verify completed fixes. If you want continuing help after the first assessment, we can propose ongoing security support with agreed coverage.
Is this service a good fit for a small business?
It is built for SMEs, SaaS businesses and software teams that need hands-on security support without building an in-house security function. It suits you if you run cloud accounts or Linux servers and want practical fixes as well as a report. If you need a formal SOC 2 report, see our SOC 2 readiness service; an independent CPA firm performs that examination.
