Managed DevOps for SaaS teams, with the prices on the page
We run pipelines, AWS infrastructure and production support for product companies with five to fifty engineers, cut the cloud bill and build the technical controls SOC 2 auditors test. Start with a one-week assessment at a fixed price.
What we do for SaaS teams
Four things, done properly. Each starts by looking at what you already run and ends with code and documentation your team owns.
DevOps Assessment
One week, fixed fee: maturity score, DORA baseline, AWS cost breakdown and a prioritised 90-day plan.

How an engagement runs
The same four steps whether you need a cheaper AWS bill or a full platform.
Assessment
One week with read-only access. We score your setup, price the waste and write a 90-day plan.
Agree the scope
Pick a plan or a fixed-price package. Hours, response times and exclusions are in writing.
Do the work
Changes go through pull requests in your repositories, so your team reviews everything we touch.
Report and hand over
A monthly report on changes, incidents and spend, plus runbooks your team can use without us.
How we work with you
Your accounts, code and decisions stay yours. We do the hands-on work and write down what we did.
- Prices before conversations
Plans and packages are priced on this site, so you know the cost before the first call.
- Least complexity that works
If a managed database and one container service will do, we will not sell you Kubernetes.
- Everything as code
Infrastructure, pipelines and alerts live in your repositories, readable by the next engineer.
- Savings you can verify
Cost work is measured against a written baseline in AWS Cost Explorer, not estimated.
- Honest boundaries
For SOC 2, an independent CPA firm performs the examination; we prepare the systems it tests.

What does Autostat do?
We run DevOps for SaaS companies: CI/CD pipelines, AWS infrastructure as code, monitoring and production support, on a flat monthly plan. We also cut AWS bills, by fixed fee or for a share of the savings, and build the technical controls SOC 2 auditors test. For existing clients we also take on web development, security reviews and engineering hiring.
How much do managed DevOps services cost?
Prices are published. The DevOps assessment is a fixed $1,900. Monthly plans start at $2,900 for up to 20 engineering hours and go up to $7,900 for larger setups. AWS cost reviews are a fixed $1,500 or 20% of verified savings for 6 months. The SOC 2 infrastructure package starts at $5,900. Everything else is quoted to scope.
Which companies do you work with?
Mostly SaaS and product companies with roughly five to fifty engineers and no dedicated platform team, running on AWS. Typical reasons to call: releases that depend on one person, a cloud bill growing faster than revenue, or an enterprise customer asking for SOC 2. We also support Azure and Google Cloud, and agencies that need delivery capacity.
Do you work with international clients?
Yes. We work remotely with companies in different countries and time zones, mostly in the US, the UK and Europe. Work is done in English, with documentation, chat channels and escalation contacts agreed at the start so distance does not slow anything down.
Which cloud platforms do you support?
Most of our work is on AWS, with Terraform, GitHub Actions or GitLab CI, Docker and Kubernetes where they fit. We also design and operate environments on Microsoft Azure and Google Cloud. We assess the environment first and recommend the least complexity that does the job, so you do not pay to run more than you need.
Will we be locked in?
No. Everything runs in your own cloud accounts and repositories, written as code your team can read. Plans run month to month after the first three months, and every engagement ends with documentation and runbooks. If you hire your own DevOps engineer later, we hand over to them properly.
